1) If I delete the app, will I lose my saved readings?

Yes—possibly. If your saved readings are stored on your device, deleting the app can remove that data permanently.

Best practice:

• Save/Export important readings as a card image or PDF (or share them to Files/Email/AirDrop) so you still have them later.

• If you ever plan to switch phones or reinstall, export first. Think of it like taking a photo of a whiteboard before someone “cleans up.”

2) How do I save or export a reading?

From a reading, use the Save / Export / Share options to:

• Save the reading card (image)

• Export as PDF

• Share via Messages, Mail, AirDrop, Files, etc.

Tip: If you need something printable (or good for a folder / presentation), PDF is the best choice.

3) Where does my data live? Do you store my personal content?

Your saved readings and app data are stored on your device (and may sync if your device/settings enable cloud syncing—depending on your setup and features).

Also: If you use sharing/export features, you are choosing to send that content to another app or service (Messages, Mail, Files, etc.). Once you share it, it’s handled by that destination.

4) Does the app use AI? What happens to the questions I ask?

Yes—some features use AI to generate responses.

When you ask a question, your prompt is sent to an AI service to produce an answer. We don’t sell your prompts, and we don’t publish them. However, third-party AI providers may process and temporarily retain data for safety, reliability, or abuse prevention, depending on their policies.

If you want maximum privacy: avoid entering highly sensitive personal information into any AI prompt (this is good advice anywhere, not just here).

5) Is Oogaly Boogaly “real astrology” or “for entertainment”?

It’s built to be meaningful, fun, and oddly accurate sometimes—but it’s still not a substitute for professional advice.

Important: Oogaly Boogaly is not medical, legal, or financial counsel. If you need real-world guidance, talk to an actual professional (a human one, with a license and everything).

6) Why do I sometimes get different answers to similar questions?

Because:

• Your wording matters (small changes = different emphasis)

• AI responses are generated, not pulled from a fixed script

• Timing/context can affect how an answer is framed

If you want consistency: ask a question once, save/export the result, and build from it.

7) Does the app work offline?

Some features may work offline (like browsing previously saved content), but AI-powered responses require an internet connection.

8) How do Daily / Weekly / Monthly horoscopes work?

These are generated and shown based on:

• Your selected sign

• The chosen timeframe (daily/weekly/monthly)

• The app’s content/format rules (including limits designed to prevent excessive repeated generation)

9) Can I change the language?

Yes—if you’ve enabled Language Override, the app can generate and display content in your selected language (where supported).

After you choose a new language, you’ll immediately see the updated selection reflected in Help & Support. For the rest of the app to fully update, close and re-open the app (a quick reload). This forces all screens to refresh using the new language setting.

Note: Your iPhone keyboard language is controlled by iOS. The app can guide language behavior, but iOS ultimately decides what keyboard layout/language is active.

10) Palm reading: what photo works best?

Best results:

• Bright, even lighting (no harsh shadows)

• Palm centered and filling most of the frame

• Fingers relaxed, not clenched

• Avoid blurry motion

If the app says it can’t read your palm, it usually means the image didn’t provide clean enough detail for line detection.

11) Why does the share sheet sometimes fail?

Most share issues come from:

• Very large export size (older devices especially)

• Another share sheet already being presented

• iOS temporarily not loving life

Fixes:

• Close the app fully and reopen

• Try exporting again

• If you’re exporting a PDF, wait a second after tapping share (bigger files need a moment)

12) What’s included in the subscription?

Oogaly Boogaly Ultimate is a subscription app at $3.99/month, which helps support:

• Continued development

• Feature upgrades

• AI processing costs (for AI-powered features)

Exact included features should match what’s listed on the app’s product page and in-app screens.

13) How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple:

• Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Oogaly Boogaly Ultimate → Cancel

(Apple runs billing. We don’t get to flip that switch for you—even if we wanted to.)

14) Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one through Apple’s support/refund flow. Approval is up to Apple.
